Treatment of HTN as monotherapy or in combination w/ other antihypertensives. Treatment of diabetic nephropathy in patients w/ type 2 DM (noninsulin dependent, NIDDM) & HTN.

HTN Adult 150 mg once daily, may be titrated to 300 mg once daily. Nephropathy in patient w/ type 2 DM & HTN Adult 300 mg once daily.
